Holiday: $145.00 per night (Labor Day, Memorial Day, July 4th)

All rooms are non-smoking rooms:  There is a $300.00 violation cleaning fee for any smoking in our hotel rooms.

Pet-Friendly Fee: Extra $75.00 per animal IF pet-friendly room is available ($300.00 violation cleaning fee if there are pets in a non-pet-friendly room).

Cancellation Policy: 7 day advance notice required for full refund, less $40.00 cancellation fee.
